| The “service” applications are seemingly “invisible”, because they are used by other applications, or because they perform automated operations without user’s intervention. They have countless advantages. For instance, an app that is part of the “web service”, allows other apps to “outsource” part of the operations. Thus, user’s program can avoid performing excessive amount of operations. |
